Exchange Policy

 

All merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be unopened and unused, including any accessories. Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed; all returned merchandise received by Trident will be reviewed under the discretion of the Credit Department.

 

*Do not return used and open products as they will not be considered for refund or exchange.
