TERMS**
All accounts are payable within 30 days of statement date. Statement date is the 22nd day of each month or the last business day before the 22nd. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to a C.O.D. status and a late charge of 2% of the unpaid balance. Prices subject to change without notice.
